A  graduate of the Visual Arts Program at the University of Denver, Audrey  Z likes to create art through an optimistic lens. Guided by her comprehensive international travel, she delights in inter-cultural exposure. Through the motif of light, Audrey works towards emphasizing elements that she finds beautiful and momentous, specifically in nature. Audrey’s drawings are scientifically accurate and detailed, yet playful. Reflecting her multi-faceted passions in life, Audrey’s art is also very diverse. Her acrylic paintings are an expression of abstract realism depicting not only animals, but also landscapes and portraits.

DYK: After an eye-opening post-college stint at one of the largest international auction houses, Audrey returned from Manhattan to Denver. What now? How about revolutionizing the publishing industry? While helping a friend edit and release a book, Audrey was made aware of the fragmented, costly, and harsh aspects of this trade. And in 2019, Spring Cedars was launched to provide writers a better publishing alternative, one that is integrated, affordable, and personable. Audrey has already published over sixty books and works with dozens of writers throughout the world as well as 73 Art Agency artist-illustrators.
