Vacation Mode: Visions From Elsewhere brings together a group of artists whose works explore escapism, memory, leisure, fantasy, and the desire to step outside everyday life. Moving through dreamlike landscapes, imagined destinations, personal reflections, and moments of quiet discovery, the exhibition considers travel not simply as a place, but as a state of mind.

Whether inspired by distant locations, fleeting summer experiences, or the longing to be somewhere else entirely, these works reflect the many ways we search for freedom, rest, connection, and transformation.

At once playful, immersive, nostalgic, and contemplative, Vacation Mode invites viewers into a collective escape shaped by curiosity, imagination, and the timeless allure of elsewhere.

The exhibition features works by John R. Anderson, Robin Ashmore, Emmanuelle Auzias, Josh Blue, Pamela Compton, Dave Ember, Brad Jeske, Linda Lowry, Frederick Pichon, Walter Spring, Audrey Z, Lauren Zurcher, and welcomes first-time exhibitors Jared Steinberg and Jarrett Tishmack.
